Overview of Web Application Server (WAS), Starting and Stopping SAP System, Introduction to System Configuration, Technology Components of Internet Communication Manager (ICM), Access to Help, Basics of DBA, System Landscapes and Transport Requests, Support Packages and Industry Solutions, Background Processing, Printing in SAP, Basics of User Administration, Remote Connections, SAP Solution Manager, System Monitoring, Introduction to System Security, Installation of SAP System, BW Overview, BW Architectural Components, Designing/ Building/ Populating a BW Infocube, Designing and Executing BW Queries, APO/SCM Overview and LiveCache Administration.

FACULTY:

• Over 12 years of total IT experience, including 5 years with Big-5 Management Consulting firms (PwC and Accenture).
• Over 8 years of SAP (R/3, BW/SEM & APO) Basis Project
• Management/Team-Lead/Administration/Architecture experience.
• 12 SAP R/3, 3 BW/SEM and 2 APO implementations, including 5 full life-cycle
• Certified SAP Basis Technical Consultant - Certification from SAP-AG.
• Certified Mercury Interactive Certified Product Specialist - Certification from Mercury Interactive
• Ability to manage and technically lead SAP R/3, BW and APO Basis projects
• Conducted QA and SAP Training for over 6 years.
• MBA and MS from Tier 1 universities in the US
