Description
He should have at least 3 years demonstrable hands-on experience as professional ABAP developer in SAP R/3 4.6c or higher version.
He should be Experience with other SAP Netweaver Business solutions such as BW, CRM, SRM,
He should have experience in system integration of SAP system with SAP / Non SAP system.
He should be able to deal with technical issues in the functional areas ie Finance, Sales, Production Planning, Materials Management and Supply Chain Execution.
He should be familiar with latest technical solutions in the field, has strong conceptual skills, result driven and has a pragmatic way of working
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to articulate ideas and options to Business owners as well as project team
Exposure to SOX

Job on Sap certification.
Being certified in SAP does not guarantee you a good job. In fact, it
doesn't even guarantee you a job at all. Most employers look for
experience first, rather than certification. If you are currently
supporting an SAP system, then you have a good starting position. Try and
get some experience in supporting and developing a module which you feel
interests you, or you have some previous non-SAP experience in, which your
company is using at the moment
